About Me

Valeriia Panchak

I’m Valeriia Panchak.

Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It led me into the beauty industry more than 10 years ago, and since 2019 I’ve devoted my work to permanent makeup and tattoos.

My journey has taken me through Ukraine, Poland, and the United States. I founded Woman Lab in Ukraine and brought the studio with me to Naples, Florida.

Wherever I work, my artistic philosophy stays the same: to see the person behind the treatment and create a result that feels harmonious with who they are.

What is the difference between lash extensions and a lash lift?

Eyelash extensions add individual extensions to your natural lashes to create extra length and fullness. A lash lift changes the curl of your existing lashes without adding extensions. Your preferred look and the condition of your natural lashes help guide the choice.
Brow lamination changes the direction of your existing brow hairs, while tinting adds colour to make lighter hairs more visible. If your main concern is unruly hairs, lamination may be worth considering; if it is faint colour, tinting may be a better starting point.
The timing varies by treatment, your natural hair growth, and aftercare. Extensions need ongoing maintenance as natural lashes shed, while lifts, lamination, and tinting gradually lose their effect. Ask Valeriia about the expected maintenance for your chosen service before booking.
